Please feel free to reach out if you have questions or would like to schedule a session. Finding the right therapist takes time, and I take no offense whatsoever if we have a first meeting and you feel that working with me isn’t the right fit for you: I value honesty and want you to feel empowered to do what’s best for you.
Online Sessions
To help create a focused and supportive space for our work together, please ensure the following before each session:
– You’ve received the Zoom link with all necessary login details
– Zoom is installed and up to date on your device
– Your microphone is functioning properly (you can test this in Zoom settings)
– Your device is fully charged or plugged in, with a stable internet connection
– You’re in a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed
– Headphones are recommended to improve sound quality and reduce background noise
Taking a few moments to prepare your space helps support the depth and presence of our time together.
